What is XM Marketing?

Get more leads with XM Marketing. Premium websites, local SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads for local businesses that want more calls, bookings, and steady growth.

What makes XM Marketing different from other agencies?

We combine world-class design with data-driven strategy. Every decision is backed by analytics, and every project is built to generate measurable ROI. We're a tight-knit team led by our founder Xavier McIntire, which means you work directly with the people doing the work, not account managers passing messages. We don't do cookie-cutter; every engagement is custom.

What industries do you work with?

We've delivered results across 15+ industries including SaaS, ecommerce, healthcare, legal, finance, real estate, construction, counseling services, and professional services. Our strategies adapt to your specific market, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes! Every engagement starts with a complimentary 30-minute strategy call. We'll analyze your current digital presence, identify growth opportunities, and outline a custom plan, no obligation, no pressure.

How long are your contracts?

Most services are month-to-month with no long-term commitments. We believe our results should earn your business every month, not a contract. Setup fees cover onboarding and strategy development; monthly fees cover ongoing execution and optimization.

How quickly can we get started?

Most projects kick off within 3-5 business days of signing. Website projects and SEO campaigns can start immediately. Google Ads campaigns are typically live within 5-7 business days.

Do you work with businesses outside of Colorado?

Absolutely. While we're based in Colorado Springs, we serve clients across the entire United States. Our processes and communication tools make remote collaboration seamless.

How long does a website project take?

Most website projects are completed within 4-10 weeks. A one-page site can launch in as little as 2 weeks, while a full 30+ page build takes 8-10 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline during the discovery phase.

How long until I see SEO results?

Most clients see meaningful improvements within 3-6 months. SEO is a long-term investment that compounds over time. The work we do in month one pays dividends for years. We set realistic expectations from day one while delivering quick wins where possible. Local SEO can show results in 2-4 months.

What's included in your Google Ads management?

Full campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy creation, landing page optimization, A/B testing, conversion tracking, negative keyword management, audience layering, monthly reporting, and ongoing optimization. Everything you need for a profitable ad campaign.

Can you work with my existing website?

Absolutely. We can optimize, redesign, or enhance your current website. We also offer website redesign services that preserve your SEO equity while modernizing the design and improving conversions.

Do you create the ad creative for Meta Ads?

Yes. Our team designs scroll-stopping creative (images, videos, carousels, and copy) optimized for social media performance. You can also provide your own assets, and we'll optimize them for each platform.

What's included in your graphic design service?

Everything your business needs visually: social media graphics, ad creative, brochures, business cards, infographics, presentation decks, and email headers. Every design is grounded in psychology and visual hierarchy principles to communicate effectively and drive action.

Do you offer ongoing website maintenance?

Yes. Our monthly care plans include hosting, security updates, daily backups, performance monitoring, content changes, and priority support. Everything your website needs to stay fast, secure, and current.

What are your starting prices?

Our Starter plan is $2,000 setup + $100/month for hosting & management. Our Growth plan is $3,000 setup + $1,000/month and includes SEO, Google Ads, and content marketing. Enterprise solutions are custom-quoted. Standalone website builds start at $1,500 for a one-page site or $7,500 for a full build. Visit our pricing page for full details.

Do you require a setup fee?

Yes. Setup fees cover strategy development, tool configuration, initial optimization, and onboarding. The Starter plan has a $2,000 setup fee; the Growth plan has a $3,000 setup fee. Standalone services have their own pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and ACH payments. Invoices are sent monthly with net-15 terms. Setup fees are due at project kickoff.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. Our ongoing services are month-to-month. We earn your business through results, not contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Is ad spend included in the monthly fee?

No. Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is separate from our management fee. You pay the ad platforms directly. Our fee covers strategy, campaign management, optimization, and reporting.

How do I communicate with my team?

Every client gets a dedicated account manager, access to our project management platform, and regular strategy calls. We're available via email, phone, and Slack. You'll always know who to contact and what's happening with your campaigns.

What happens if I'm not happy with the results?

We're committed to your success. If results aren't meeting expectations, we adjust strategy and provide additional support at no extra cost. Our 98% retention rate speaks for itself. We don't succeed unless you succeed.

How often will I receive reports?

Most clients receive monthly performance reports covering key metrics, work completed, and strategic recommendations. Active ad campaigns and SEO engagements can include weekly updates. Custom reporting schedules are available.

Do you offer support after my website launches?

Yes. Every website includes post-launch support. For ongoing maintenance, security updates, and content changes, we offer monthly care plans starting at $100/month. You're never left on your own.

Can I make my own website updates?

Yes. We can integrate a content management system that lets you edit text and images without code. For more complex changes, our care plans include content update requests that we handle for you.
